Owner and Sommelier Jenny Benzie has literally poured, sipped and savored thousands of wines in her more than 15-year career to deeply understand why wines taste the way they do. This company was founded in order for her to share that passion of wine while creating dynamic opportunities for others to learn and appreciate it as well.

Raised on the outskirts of Virginia wine country, Jenny is an accomplished and talented sommelier with a vast range of experience in the wine business. Her career began as a Wine Steward at Caneel Bay Resort on the island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. She put herself on the map in the world of wine professionals by honing her skills as Wine Director at some of the country’s premier restaurants, including Palm Beach's Café Boulud, Michael's in Santa Monica and The Pearl on Nantucket.

Her credentials are among the top in her field: she is recognized as an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Wine Educator (CWE) by the Society of Wine Educators and has earned the Diploma of Wine & Spirits (DWS) with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET).
